The printing Unit:

• The ceramic roller is steel pipe cover with ceramic,with laser cutting the ink hole.
• Ceramic roller customer can chose 400-800Dpi accord printing requirement.

• can use 80-130 Lpi printing plate to printing.

• This unit used for the ink and water base oil after printing dry quickly,adopt infrared drier for dry the ink and water base oil coating,in this unit the corrugate board with vacuum transmission,ceramic wheels and vacuum blower working,high precision and long transmission distance,can make the ink or water base oil sufficient dry out.increasing the printing quality and machine working speed.

The water base oil coating unit:this unit exactly same printing unit.

The die-cutting unit(Germany servo motor separate drive):

• Rubber anvil roller is steel material,the surface is grinded and hard chromium plating.
• The rubber anvil roller after balance correction.
• Rubber anvil adopt fastening-type excellent rubber.Easy to install and uninstall. Long service life,can be cutted 4million to 6million times.
• Adopting hydraulic control the position move left and right of the rubber cushion roller.The movement distance is 40mm. This structure makes the rubber covers equally wear,which can increase the use time.
• The die roller is steel material,the surface is grinded and hard chromium plating.After balance correction.

The Vibrate scrap remover:

• With motor independent drive for running.

• Square shaft with belt running for take out the scrap.

• With arm to connect with the die cutting unit,arm can lift and down,eady adjust.

• Belt with table can take out the scrap from the side of the machine.
